FAQ

Click a question to expand.

How do I get started?

Go to Sign in and create your first monitor from the dashboard.

  • Paste a URL
  • Add an optional label to keep things organized
  • Run a manual check (if available) or wait for the next scheduled check
What is a “monitor”?

A monitor is a saved URL that Affiliate Checkers checks for changes and availability on a schedule (or manually, depending on your plan). Each monitor shows status, last checked, and recent history in the dashboard.

How often are monitors checked?

Check frequency depends on your plan and whether automatic checks are enabled. Your current interval is shown in the dashboard.

Why is “Check now” disabled sometimes?

Manual checks are rate-limited by a cooldown to keep things fast and fair. If you’re on cooldown, the UI shows when you can run the next manual check.

How do I import monitors from CSV?

CSV bulk import is available on eligible plans. Use the import card in the dashboard and upload a CSV with your URLs and optional labels.

If CSV import isn’t included in your plan, you can still add monitors one-by-one.

What does the YouTube feature do?

On eligible plans, you can import videos from YouTube channels and associate discovered links with the videos they appeared in. On monitors that have associated videos, you’ll see an info action to view them.

This is useful for tracking product mentions and seeing which videos drove which links.

How do alerts work (Email / Telegram)?

Alerts are sent when checks detect an issue or change, subject to your plan’s alert cooldown and failure threshold settings. Telegram alerts are plan-dependent.

Where can I get help if something looks wrong?

If a monitor is failing unexpectedly, try running a manual check (if available) and confirm the URL is reachable from a normal browser.

You can also visit Support from your dashboard.
